Mkuju and Mbinga Bay - The Obtala licences cover over 1,700km2 within southern Tanzania, within an active uranium exploration belt, with neighbouring competitor companies' already producing positive results suggesting strong potential for new discoveries and success in the region.

The general area for the Mkuju licences is accessible by a major tarmac road from Dar es Salaam to Songea (1,200km), and then for a further 20km from Songea northwards to Mlilayoyo from where the properties can be accessed by bush tracks. The towns of Songea and Njombe are large, well populated and serviced town connected to the National Grid used.
