The Company was notified on 20 January 2010 that Frank Scolaro, Chairman of the Company, purchased
1,550,000 ordinary shares on 19 January 2010. Frank Scolaro holds an aggregate of 71,850,000 shares resulting in a holding of 33.6%. Frank Scolaro is the sole shareholder of Grandinex International Corp whom hold 70,000,000 shares from the aggregate total of 71,850,000 as notified above.
The total number of voting rights of the Company are 213,842,645 ordinary shares.
