AGM Statement
Obtala Resources plc today announces that all resolutions proposed were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting held this morning. It was however noted that Resolution 4 proposing to re-elect James Ede-Golightly was taken off the agenda further to the resignation of Mr Ede-Golightly which took effect on the 31st May 2009.
