Obtala Resources plc would like to advise of its holding of 65,335,000 ordinary shares in Kopane Diamond Development Plc ("Kopane") representing 29.75% per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of Kopane.
This disclosure has been made by Kopane on 8 May 2009 and this announcement is intended for the benefit of shareholders in Obtala.
